Challenging the coffee industry with Belmio

As we got introduced at Belmio we noticed mixed visions about the creative platform Belmio should follow. Therefor we organized a marketing strategy workshop where we created an environment of collaboration. Where ideas are generated, critically analyzed and decision making is required by all team members. 

During this workshop we were able to harness the power of the collective wisdom and transform into something better than we could have achieved on our own. We were able to align marketing and sales, product development and define a creative platform every customer can relate to. 

The workshop uncovered:

  • Brand positioning strategy
  • Creative communication strategy
  • Customer persona mapping

The workshop allowed us to define a marketing platform what normally would have taken hours of open-ended discussions. Not so bad if you ask us.
